As the leading supplier of Ready Mixed Concrete in the construction industry, we have the largest infrastructure in the Sultanate. Our state-of-the-art plants are located at Ghala Industrial Area, Halban and Sohar.
At the Ghala Industrial Area, our three computerized and automatic ELBA/Liebher plants have a total capacity to produce 330 m3 per hour. This is complemented with 100 tonne manufacturing capacity ice flaking plants (combined storage capacity of 137 MT) to deliver temperature-controlled concrete as low as 25OC during high ambient temperature. A formidable fleet of eight mobile concrete pumps, and 30 transit mixers ensure timely supply of concrete to meet the needs in the capital area of Muscat.
Our second sophisticated plant at Halban is equipped with the latest ELBA Batching facilities with a production capacity of 95 M3 per hour, complemented with ice flaking and water chiller plants, and a vehicle fleet of 21 transit mixers and three mobile concrete pumps.
Built in 2003, our third modern plant at Falaj Al Ouhi in Sohar has an ELBA batching plant of 105 M3 capacity. We have progressively expanded on our infrastructure over the last four years, adding three additional batching plants and a fleet of 44 transit mixers and nine mobile concrete pumps, making it the largest operation in the ready mixed concrete business in the Batinah region.
At Al Turki Enterprises, we believe in quality. All our batching plants are provided with the latest computer operated control system of M/s. Command Alkon of the U.S.A. This ensures accuracy in batching plant and production of concrete.
Moisture probes in the fine aggregate bins of the batching plant enable automatic water connection in the batch, to comply and maintain the stringent water/cement ratio specifications.
We believe is providing uninterrupted supplies to our customers, hence all our batching plant units have adequate storage capacity of bulk cement, and Micro Silica storage, augmented by our fleet of 17 cement bulkers.
Expansion is the key to our operations. Therefore, we are in the process of installing yet another batching plant, with all related infrastructure accessories at Al Khoudh to continue to provide the best in Ready Mixed Concrete to our ever-growing list of satisfied customers.
